About This Profile
For a Tansania Canephora - Vatiety Robusta. Ended the Roast at 2.2 and found the result very good for filter - very chocolaty, sweet with nice body. \vFor Espresso as well or to blend with rather citric/acidic Arabica Espressos to give them more body.\v\v
Roaster's Recommendation
Tansania Robusta. Better let it rest for at least 10 days. I found the flavour better after some time, and now I tasted it after 2 months, seems it wins balance.
