Terms

• An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself.
• Sign up with an email address you can read; we use it for account and billing mail.
• Do not use the site to break the law, to get at another person's data, or to overload it. We may suspend an account that does.

Your roasts, notes, brews and coffees stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to show the parts described on the privacy page. You can ask us to delete your account and everything recorded under it at any time.

• Pro is a paid subscription that lets you connect an AI agent to your account. The rest of the site is free.
• Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
• A first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the first payment is taken when it ends.
• You pay in advance, monthly or yearly. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• If we change the price, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal.

• Cancel any time from Account. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge. Use the contact page.
• When Pro ends, your account and everything in it stay as they are.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

• The agent is a separate service with its own terms. What it does with your data once it has read it is between you and that service.
• It can only do what you approve when you connect it, and whatever it saves is saved to your account as if you had done it.
• Remove an agent any time under Connected apps in Account.

Profiles, plans and recommendations on this site are suggestions, not instructions. Roasting involves heat and smoke: follow the manual for your roaster and never leave a roast unattended.

• We work to keep the site running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
• Prices and stock shown for roasters and suppliers come from their own sites and can be out of date. Check with the seller before you buy.
• As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we email you before the change takes effect. New Zealand law applies to them. For anything else, use the contact page.
