Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I am quite new to roasting and would really appreciate some feedback from more experienced Kaffelogic users. I am currently roasting Brazil Fazendas Dutra Natural on the Kaffelogic Nano 7e. I have been using a modified profile called DutraSweetFruitEsp.kpro, aiming for a sweet espresso-style roast with chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, good body, and low bitterness/acidity.
