2000-2700m Rest v1.0
Kaffelogic roast profile by Kaffelogic Ltd
The roast in plain words
A steady start: the beans reach 150 °C after about 2 min 25 s. The — 200 °C and hotter — starts at about 5 min 35 s. How long the roast stays there depends on the roast level you pick: a higher level ends later and tastes darker.
Read from the profile's designed curve. In our own logged roasts both marks were hit within 15 seconds of the design (94 roasts, 12 profiles, one machine).
