Roaster's Recommendation
Here it goes for natural beans with higher altitude. This one is gentler curve so it roast more evenly inside overall without stressing the bean. Do mute a little acidity but I prefer this one for espresso. For washed, I tend to bring more acidity by speeding up front part of it in different profile.
